Two years ago my weight gaining a bit by bit from 60 to 70 kg and then I start to have some health problems, so I try to run again step by step. When I started I can only do 3k for 45minutes, I started in January 12, 2012 and It's already been more than two months and now I can run 5k in 45minutes and I loose about 11 kg. I run almost everyday, some times I even run on my way or going home from work, I just really enjoy the scenery when I'm running, I never thought this thing could be so addicting.

SO I START RUNNING..
Since I was a kid I always like watching any kind of sports on television, but I never thought that I can do any of those sports. At the first grade of elementary school, I saw synchronized swimming on tv and the next month I took swimming lessons right away, and on junior high when I saw martial arts I took karate lessons, but the shame thing that I always gasp after 50 meters of running, I always been the last who finished the run during warm up or during long march, I never done it anymore after I stop karate accept for taking grade in school exam and I suck, always become the last person who pass the finished line.

Michelle Phillips - "Dedicated To The One I Love"
One of my favorite music group of all time , The Mamas & The Papas. Their song always give me extra power for doing my daily chores, this one is special because sang by my favorite girl, Michelle Philips from The Mamas & The Papas. The song " Dedicate To The One I Love" originaly written by Lowman Paulling and Ralph Bass, Paulling was the guitarist of the band called The "5" Royale, the group that recorded the original version of this song. The Mamas & The Papas make a major hit of this song , but before The Shirelles also do a version of this song in 1959. A very outstanding number.. this one is "Decicated To The One I Love".
